Change TS Resolution for 16000000 colors

If you are running TS on W2K, you've got all you are
going to get. 800x600/256 is the best resolution
available. If you want tru color, 1024x768 etc. you'll
have to upgrade to W2003
 
Just to split hairs, you can get higher than 800x600 on
Windows 2000. You just can't get high color without
Citrix MetaFrame (or similar addon) or Windows Server 2003.
