Change to folder and apply to all

Is there one folder that I can change
the defaults and have it apply to all
folders.

For example, change the views to
detail and have it apply to all folders.
 
Yes, set a folder as you want it then, while you are still in the same
folder, open the Explorer Tools->Folder Options->View menu and click the
"Like Current Folder" button at the top.
