Not unless you believe there's a specific reason you need a database.

I have several hundred pages, and I don't have a database. I have never had
a problem.

What is your site about, then can determine if it should be database driven, etc.

it's a non-profit business site. the pages change every few days, so with
that said what do you guys think?

Well, alex, consider this: Doing the database-connective aspect will be
time-consuming, and probably more difficult than you anticipate, but it will
save you labor later on. On the other hand, it will not save you ALL the
labor, as you willl have to update the database if you use a database
back-end. So, it's your call.

My site is a news site for a religious organization, and I add and change
pages almost every day, but I have never used a database, and everything
works fine.
