I have a four DC's running DNS in a Primary/Secondary
configuration. I'm planning on migrating to an Active
Directory Integrated configuration as follows:
1. Change the primary server first. Stop/Restart DNS
Service
2. Change the secondary servers. Stop/Restart DNS.

Will it really be this easy? Or am I going about this all
wrong. I've read the MS articles...and they don't really
get into migrating secondary DNS servers. I appreciate
any/all advice!

Regards!

After you convert the first zone to AD integrated, the best thing to do on
the ones that are secondary is to point them to the DC with the AD zone
simply delete the secondary zone. If all DCs are listed on the AD zone on
the name servers tab as name servers the AD zone will be replicated to them,
usually within fifteen minutes. This will insure that all DCs get the
correct data from AD.
