Hi, i have one net with Win 2000 Servers, and defined OUs, clients running
Win XP Pro and Win 2k Pro.
Nobody has local admin rights on client machines, except myself.

I want to change time, because my country goes 1 hour forward, but I don´t
know how, using GPs I gues...
It has to be changed on Uruguay OU only, and I want to know if clients had
to have local admin rights to implement it.

Today i am changing one by one, 110 clients, I am driving myself crazy!.
I guess I have to create one Policy on the particular OU, but I don´t know
how far it affects the rest of the net.

Thanks in advance, bye.

So you have different timezones at your clients?
Your clients get the correct time from their logon-DC. If you want to change
the timezone on your clients, you have to do this by using a .msi file
because the used data types are reg_binary which can't be set with an
adm-file.
If your just want to turn on the daylight savingtime you can use this
adm-file:
