Change themes without 3rd party software?

Is there any way to change themes withuot using any software.
Are there themes just like the default ones included on windows xp for
download.

XP comes with the 2 themes: classic (Windows 2000 style) and Windows XP
(with 3 colors). That is all you get from Microsoft, and they require that
any additional themes are digitally signed by them. And they don't digitally
sign them for third parties. StyleXP hacks the dll that checks the digital
signature, so it is still using the XP theming engine. But there is no way
to get additional themes without either this hack or a third party theming
engine.

I like WindowBlinds. However, I advise 512mb memory and a fast processor
(above 1.0gHZ).
