Change the size of hyperlinks bar

Hi there.

Is there a way to modify the size of menu-bars in Win XP?
It's the menu-bar containing the hyperlinks in IE 6 that I want to make
"higher" so it will be able to have more than just one row of links.

It is not possible to do this with the Links bar in an Explorer window.
(However, you can make the Links bar have multiple rows when it is docked in
the taskbar. Right-click the clock, go to Toolbars, and select Links.)
