change the icon for a M.Access file

Hi all!! Can I change the icon for a M.Access file( a
particular M.Access file and not all files )
 
The only way would be to create a shortcut to that file, and assign an icon
to the shortcut.
 
Not sure as I never bothered but try Tools / Startup / Application Icon and
specify a .ico file of your choice. I know this will change the icon in the
top-left of the Access application window (Is this what you want?).
However, Idon't think it will change the icon as seen in Windows Explorer.
