How do I change the default directory/location that opens when I want to add
a file attachment and/or save files attached to e-mails I receive.

I cannot believe I could not find this in the Outlook Help files, KB or in a
search of this Discussion group. Similar requests and references to several
KB articles did not answer this question.

TIA

"How to change the folder where e-mail messages and attachments are saved"
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=823131

"OL 2000: How to set the Default Attachment Folder" (should work for OL 2003
as well)

I can believe Outlook Help doesn't have this information. I don't know how
you searched the KB, but my search found the above. Google Groups would
also have found for you the many other times this information has been
posted in the Outlook newsgroups.
