i'm still happy with my tc4400. its good that ur happy with your tx1000z.
r u happy with vista? I made a contact with microsoft, so now i have to
upgrade to vista. damn them, but for older applications i just
virtualize older versions of windows. I am also beta testing Windows 7
now. I am also starting to beta test windows 7, it is so much better
than vista in a few ways. but then it is just in beta form.
No, I'm not very happy with Vista. I run XP on the tx1000z even though
it came preinstalled with Vista and everything on it works fine with XP.
I've been able to avoid Vista thus far at home, but at work I'll have
to support it eventually so I have been working with it alot lately
trying to get it to suitable functionality for the production
environment. Even at work, we still want to stick with XP but the fact
of the matter is that eventually new machines will not be compatible
with XP and by then I need to make sure that all of our systems and
software needed to do business will work on Vista. Starting a business,
eh? That's great, I wish you luck. And I really do hope that Windows 7
turns out better than Vista!
