Hi: This may be an old question but PP is new for me. I have received an
amazing Power Point email in Spanish, I want to share its beautiful photo
images with my non-Spanish speaking friends. Is there a way to remove the
text to translate it and send separately and just send the images and/or to
eliminate text altogether so they can see the photos only?

Thanks for any suggestions.

Joan

Oops, forgot to tell you I have Office 2003 and am a Photoshop user so am
familiar with image editing, if that makes a difference... Sorry!

No direct way that I know of. If you want to do translation, one way you can
try is to click Tools > Research. The research task pane will appear. Click
on the dropdown list, select Translation. Then do a translate from Spanish to
English.

Removing the text depends on how they are inserted. If it is done through
the placeholders, try View > Master > Slide Master. Move the title
placeholder and content placeholder textboxes away from the slide so that
they can't be seen during the slide show view.

Alternately, you might want to simply extract all the images out. To do so,
click File > Save As. Under save as type, click on the dropdown list, save it
as a webpage. Look into the output folder for the images.

PowerPoint Heaven - The Power to Animate

Usually such presentations are attached in PPS file format. You can either
open PowerPoint first and then use File - Open to open and edit the file. Or
change the extension from PPS to PPT in Windows Explorer and then
double-click on it to open in edit mode. But you will need the full version
of PowerPoint, the viewer is not enough.

In edit mode, click on the text boxes to edit the text inside them (or
delete them, if necessary).

Best regards,
Ute
