Is there a buid-in function (other than using code) to change the name of
title bar?

I have managed to change the application title to what I want in
Tools|Startup, but the form name in brackets [] still appears after the
application title. Can I also change or clear it?

Thanks

In Access 97, I don't think you can clear the [], but by using the Form or
Report Caption property you can enter what you want there.
Usually it's a text string describing the form or report.

ex. Your Application Title - [Sales Invoice Form]

I use it so I dont have to place a "descriptive title" on the form, where
space is at a premium.

Thanks Al. It works great! -- although I'd still prefer to clear the text
since I have had custom header in all forms, but it's already better than
what it was :)
