Change System Font in XP pro

Open XP's "Help and Support" and type in: FONT , and hit enter.
Click on the task titled: "Change the look of Windows elements".
 
This does not change the font of the text that appears in a window. The "Window Text" element displayed in the dialog does not have any associated element in the drop-down list where you can choose the various elements

The "Window" element at the end of the drop-down list does not have any font attributes associated with it
