Change size of text in tabs

I have just modified the size of the whole of the Windows objects to
arrive at the result shown low. But the problem is that I do not
manage to change the size of police force of the mitres as well as the
text of into bottom. Can you say to me where I can find the place to
modify that?

sorry, this is better :

I have just modified the size of all the Windows properties and I get
the result shown below (see link).

But the problem is that I do not succeed on changing the size of
police text inside tabs and form.

How can I do that ?
