Change sign of entire column of numbers

I have exported values from Money into an Excel spreadsheet, but each time the values display as negative numbers. How can I select an entire column of values and reverse the sign (usually negative to positive, but also would like positive to negative), without editing each cell value?

put -1 in an empty cell. Copy the cell. Select your column. Choose
Edit/Paste Special, selecting the Value and Multiply radio buttons.
Click OK. Delete the -1.
 
Put -1 in a free cell and copy it. Select your values, then Edit -- Paste
Special -- Multiply.

Just enter in one cell "-1" , "copy" this celle, then you
select your column and make a "special paste" and
click "multiply" : this will multiply your column by "-1"
and therefore change the sign of your figures.My excel is
French so the names may be inaccurate but it works.
