A client receives messages and attachments encoded as MS-TNEF and
can't read them. How do I shut off or change the settings in my address
book for only one recipient so that he/she recieves .doc's or .xls's?

what version and mode of outlook and why are you using RTF formatting?

typically, you control it onthe contact form... but unless you have a reason
why you need to use RTF you shouldn't - use HTML for pretty text.
