This is sort of tough to explain.
I've got a document I typed from dictation. I then went through and did a
lot of comments and tracked changes. I moved to the beginning a put a
paragraph at the very beginning (telling him not to submit the document
until I had removed all the traced changes and comments).
Anyway, the document is done. All the changes have been accepted. The
comments deleted. I deleted the note I inserted at the beginning of the
document. I did a safe as to get rid of the versions.
Now the problem - With all this done, the document still tries to "name
itself" with the contents of this now deleted opening paragraph and inserts
those comments in a subject line of an e-mail.
Worse, I've discovered, is that if you hover your mouse over the document,
it pops up the balloon with this paragraph (or the first part of it anyway).
How can I either change this or get rid of it. We do this type of
collaboration all the time. When I delete it, I want it deleted.
Thanks,
Tin
