change password inside terminal services session

Hello,

I administer a remote domain that can only be reached
through the Internet using terminal services sessions.
Suppose I (or one of the users) needs to change their
password. Given that I can't hit ctrl-alt-delete to get
to the change password button, how would I change the
password inside the terminal services session?
