Is it possible to change Outlook's store folder location? What I want to
do is I have a station that does an "autoadmin logon" to the local
machine, with different network (NW 6.0) users using that same LOCAL
profile.

I would like to provide security for the pop and imap mail stores for
each user by putting them on network in each users home dir (the path
for all would be H:\email).... can I do this with outlook?

Basically I do not want to use profiles and I do not want message stores
on the c: drive.

Any help appreciated

You can simply move the pst-file to a different location. The next time you
open Outlook you'll be prompted to give the new location of the pst-file.

Please note that placing pst-files on networkshares is not recommended by
Microsoft as you have a bigger chance the file gets corrupted when the
connection to the server is unstable/drops.

I've had some good experiences with it though and found that using UNC
path's (\\servername\servershare\username\file.pst) is more stable than
using mapped drives (H:\file.pst).
