Change outlook 2007 address layout

Outlook 2007 contact displays addresses wrongly for the UK. It puts the
post-code (zip) before the Town/City. In the UK it should be written after
the County (State). How can I change the layout so that it prints correctly
for the UK?

I am using Vista, Outlook 2007 (12.0.6316.5000) SP1 MSO (12.0.6320.5000)
No error messges
