Change or Remove Programs

I have two Norton programs that are no longer listed in Change or Remove
Programs (don't know why not). How can I uninstall these programs. I tried
to repair them using the Norton CD-ROM but it detected the existing programs
and wouldn't let me install without removing the existing programs.
