change of language

hi can anybody help....i have windows xp in english... i
want to change the operating system into another
language...spanish.... does anybody know how to do it....

Help tells you how. BUT Help doesn't tell you MS won't sell individuals the files. So the answer is you can't for marketing reasons.
 
You can not change the language of Windows.
If you want Windows in Spanish, you need to buy windows in Spanish.
