Change of language

I have a friend from Hungary who just bought a new
computer when she went home for break. the problem is
Windows is in Hungarian and she wants to change it to
english. how can she do that?
 
She can't.
If she wants Windows XP in English, she needs to buy the full version
in English and perform a Clean Installation.
