Change newsgroup settings

Hi:

Simple question about changing newsgroup setting.

I know that I can change email address and name in Outlook Express for
newsgroup.

Can I also change settings such as email notice when someone posted replies,
and/or other stuffs?

No, you only receive an e-mail if someone puts your address in the CC field.
