This morning my computer starting playing a new sound when new emails
arrived. I don't know how or why the sound got changed. It used to be the
regular "bling bling" Microsoft sound, but now it says "You've got mail"
sometimes too, like AOL. I've never used AOL on this computer. I will check
it for viruses soon.

How do I change it back to the original sound? I've searched all through
Help and it only tells you how to turn on notifications sounds, not how to
change the sound that plays. I also searched the Microsoft support web site
as well, with no luck.

Thanks to anyone who can help!

Start | Settings | Control Panel | Sounds and Audio Devices. Go to the
"Sounds" tab, and in the "Program events" window, scroll to "New Mail
Notification." Change it to anything you like.
