Change name of subweb

What is the best way to change the name of a subweb on my server? As an
example, lets say it is myweb.com/daily and I want to change it to
myweb.com/weekly. Do I do this through Front Page or can I go to the server
control panel and change it?
 
Open the subweb directly in FP, then Tools | Web / Site Settings and you should be able to change
it.
