Change message class without CDO in 2002

I would like to change the message class of a newly created contacts
folder to use a newly created contact form in Outlook 2002 using
Exchange. I do not want to use CDO since it was not initially
installed on the network and this form will only be used by one user.
Using Sue Mosher's book (Chapter 24, listing 24.3), the code is listed
that will do this - but this code uses CDO to avoid the security
prompt. I don't care if the security prompt appears. Does anyone have
a work around? I'm not sure how to identify the contact folder I want
to change without using the folder.entryID and folder.storeID... Or is
this not possible?
I appreciate any help or a push in the right direction.

To get a non-default folder, you need to walk the folder hierarchy using the
Folders collections or use a function that does that for you. See
