Change meeting organiser

Is it possible to change meeting organisers? ie. I arrange a meeting but now
it becomes another persons meeting so they need to take over as organiser.

Perhaps with add-in code designed to do that, but not with plain-vanilla
Outlook. You can cancel the event and have the new organizer create a
replacement.
