I recently downloaded trial software that moved by quick launch toolbar to
the right side. I prefer it at the bottom. How do I move it back to the
bottom?

Grab the handle at the top (the little bar) and drag it back.

Apparently the toolbar has four parts. I am not able to grab the toolbar
above the "start" button to pull the entire bar. Only the small bar under
the start button is visible. I was able to grab the Icons that I have in
quick launch, but the "start button" the status part of the bar and the time
and notification icons did not move. In effect I split the toolbar which is
not what I want. Do I need to do something different to grab the entire
toolbar and all of its components?

Sorry, but my message told you how to move the Quick Launch Bar. As now
becomes apparent, what you want to move is not the Quick Launch Bar, but the
*Task* Bar. Here's my standard post on moving the Task Bar:

Although by default the task bar appears on the bottom of the screen, it can
be on any of the sides you prefer it on. To move it from any side to
another, simply click on an unused part of it and drag it where you want it.
Be sure to click *within* it, not on the edge; clicking on the edge and
dragging will resize it.

If it won't move, it may be locked. In that case, right click on it and
uncheck "Lock the taskbar," then try again.
