Hi, I would like Outlook to use a .pst file located on another computer on a
network. Can anyone tell me how to change this setting. Thank you.

A word of warning -- Microsoft does not support storing a .PST file on a
network share because of the increased risk of file corruption, so do it at
your own risk. Also, the same .PST cannot be used by more than one copy of
Outlook at a time.

That said, if you're already connected to the .PST file in question, close
Outlook, move the file where you want it, then restart Outlook. When it
complains it can't find the file, point it in the right direction.

If you want to connect to a different .PST file, just use File | Open, then
browse to the file's location.

Do you mean *use* it instead of the one on your PC? A pst file cannot be
shared by 2 users at the same time. Have a look at this article for more
details:

If you want to open it or import it, that is certainly possible.
