Change Location of Documents and Settings Folder

Is there any way to change the default location of the
Documents and Settings folder? I have looked through the
registry and tried using the mmc, but I haven't found how
to specify where the folders are located.

You specify it with a custom setup file when installing windows.

You can only change it at setup, with an unattended setup file. Otherwise,
use TweakUI for XP to relocate your personal folders that are under
Documents and Settings.
