If you mean the GUI language, you cannot. Windows is written to be language
specific. If you are desirous of it in another language you must purchase it
in that language and install it clean.

I'm not Welsh - I'm of
English/Scottish/Irish/Canadian/Portuguese/French/Spanish descent.

By the way, do the initials UKP mean anything to you? ;o)
