Change "just about all" windows icons

Anyone recommend a freeware, shareware *and* commercial program I can
try (want to try all three) that will allow me to change any icon I
like.
Would like it to change especially these icons:
All drives, incl. CD/DVD
Network drives
Start Menu and Control Panel
Other icons like Windows Temp folder, Dial-up networking folder,
ActiveX cache folder, Web folders etc.

PS - Or even an app that will install other icons in all the default
places e.g. Mac OSX icons, Foood's iCandy icons, Everaldo's Crystal

there are lots out there.
icon_bazaar.com is one of my favorites.
beeicons.com is another site.
