change ipaq Outlook synchro from XP to Vista

I had my Outlook iPaq contacts synchronized so they were viewable on my
desktop in XP. Now I can't get the dang things to come up in Vista... HELP!!

Do you have Outlook installed on Vista, or are you attempting to sync with
Windows Mail?
