Change Input language

Hi all,

Is it possible to change input language using a macro?
I have a user form with a few test boxes. Iwould like to
have the default language in TextBox4 arabic and the
remaing is already english
 
Whenever I enter into my textbox4 the language should be
Arabic. and in all other textbox english..???
