Change how time is displayed in Calendar

The times displayed are hourly.. 8am... 9am... 10am.. etc

i know how to add lines for time intervals so that is could be displayed as
8am.. 8:15am etc

but users want to SEE the time typed.

is there any way to change the display?
 
when you look at your calendar.. on the left side is displayed the times for
the day

9am

...new lines are added if you change the time intervals.. but some of our
upper management would like the displays to show times.. as if a meeting
starts at 9:15

I'll support Vince's observation. There's no way I can tell to label the
divisions between the hours.
