"Change Home Page" greyed out. IE 6

On my home PC, when I go to internet option to change my
start-up/home page, all fields/buttons on the "Home Page"
box are greyed out.
I have scanned my system for virus and it is clean.
Also, I have other users set-up on this PC and if I log
under another user's account, I am able to change the
home page.
So this issue is isolated to my profile only.
I search the KBA's to no avail.
Any idea ?

PS: this is a stand alone PC, not connected to a win2k DC
or AD, so no GP's are in effect.
