Change Hard Drives!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

I have two hard drives and one is a back-up hard drive but it is my boot drive. I would like to change Local Disk to my boot because it has more capacity than the other hard drive. PLEASE HELP ME AND TELL ME HOW TO CHANGE THE BOOT DRIVE.
