First, you have to buy the Outlook program in order to make the switch. It's
included in the MS Office suites, '00, '02 and '03. If the only thing you
want is the mail and newsgroup features, you might be able to find the stand
alone version, OL98, but it' going to take some searching. Or, if you have a
friend, or know someone who has it, they might be persuaded help you. You
won't notice any difference in the newsreader capabilities because OL
incorporates OE as it's newsreader. Also, I suggest checking on EBay. I was
able buy MS Office 2000 Small Business for a very reasonable price. Good
