G Geetesh Bajaj Mar 20, 2009 #2 You'll need to do that on the Slide Master. PowerPoint 2003 users can choose View | Master | Slide Master. PowerPoint 2007 users can choose the View tab of the Ribbon, and then click the Slide Master button.
