Change file format msg to rtf when drag-and-drop email to explorer

Hey all,

Today, i would need your help when dropping some messages on a windows explorer.

Well, basically when I drag-and-drop an email onto an explorer window, it creates me a *.msg file. What I would like to do is to change this file format to RTF automatically.

Is there an option within Outlook to change the file format from msg to rtf when dragging-and-dropping a message on a windows explorer ?
