change file attributes how to

I would like to change the file attributes from a word
document. I need to write-protect the word document. Is it
possible to do it unter Access with vba? As far as I know
is the FileAttr-Function only for showing the settings not
to change them.

Can anybody help?

There's a SetAttr function that sets them.
