change field color

i have two fields on my continous form which is open date and closed date. I
want to display them in red color if the record is more than 3 days from
opened date excluding weekends

If you have A2002 or later, select the textbox in form design view and choose
Format... Conditional Formatting from the menu. Set the criterion on the date
field appropriately.
 
It works but only on one field. I want it to select all record or row

Sorry, but you'll need to set a conditional format on each control that you
want to change color.

You can use the paintbrush tool on the form design toolbar to copy the format
though.
