Change email address in community board

Sorry this is not a FrontPage question, but where in the hek does a person
change their email address when it changes to access the Community boards
such as this one?
 
Each one is different. This one, there is an little icon with a pencil in it
in the upper right hand corner.

Most of the others - look for Profile or user Profile
