I installed a USB2 hard drive last yeas as drive 'E:'.
This year I installed one of those 6 in 1 reader for
various flash memory. When I connect my flash reader, I
got dive 'E:' thru 'J:'. Now when I connect my USB2 hard
drive to my PC again, it become drive 'K:'. The USB2 hard
drive stay as drive 'K:' with or without the flash reader.
I have many application installed in it as drive 'E:'. How
can I change the drive letter back to 'E:'?

On my Win2k system try this

Control Panel\Administrative Tools\Computer Management\Disk Management
Now select the \drive and then right-click it.
