Change Download Destination Location

I am trying to change my download destination. My
downloads are currently being sent to "TEMPORARY". I
have conducted complete C:drive searches but have not
found the file entitle "TEMPORARY".

I want to change to destination folder to a useable
location. Can you help.

OS: Windows XP
