I use Outlook 2002 (sp3) and I have a folder I just created for "new"
contacts. I want to be able save that folder to a network drive. How
do I tell do that in Outlook2002?

Is it possible for 2 computers to have access to that same file, and
for them to be able to view and add to the same folder?

Are you saying you created a new .PST file for the new contacts? If so, yes,
you can move it to the network while Outlook is closed and then point Outlook
to it when you reopen it. However, this is not recommended, especially the
part about sharing the file between two locations. Storing a .PST file on a
network share is a good way to corrupt the file; if your PC loses the network
connection while the file is open, you can lose data. As far as the sharing
goes, only one of the Outlook clients would be able to have the file open at
any given time.

See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm for more information about
the sharing issue, and http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/297019
for more about not storing a .PST on a network share.
