Change Desktop Font Color

How can I change the color of the fonts for the desktop
shortcuts? I want the color to be other than white when
they are unselected. Please email me
 
If background is dark text will be light "and vice versa".
You can change most other text color but not desktop.
Check www.windowblinds.com for other themes you might be
interested in. I have no connection with WB except I
have visited it twice.
