Change default view for creation of new personal folders

Every time I create a new personal folder I have to go into the View-Arrange
By-Custom-Fields menu to choose which fields I want to have displayed and in
what order they will be displayed. Is there any way to cause Outlook to
create my new personal folders in a specific layout so that I do not have to
go through this modification every time I create a new personal folder.

Modify the standard Messages view and any new folder should have the
modifications. The techniques here show how:
