A friend told me within 30 sec. to go in Outlook to Tools, click Email
Accounts, click View or change existing email accounts, click next, click on
email acct. to change, click change, and under 'user information' I needed to
change my name. I needed something that specific and directive, because I
would have never thought that in order to change the name that prints out on
emails and appointment headers, I wouldn't have needed to change info in User
Accounts, or something like that. It just didn't register that I needed to
change it in my "email account" info...
Although your post indicated "It's your acct name in your profile", which is
absolutely correct, I would've still looked in Control Panel/user accts., or
my Outlook registration, etc. Thanks for the info and I'll refer to the
sites you gave me, in the future. I appreciate you help.
Thanks, Lo

When I print out an individual appt. or email item, at the top is a
default
header with my name. I want to change the name, but can't find the source
in
order to change it.
